Jamie hails from Bristol Connecticut. Always an active girl, Jamie has a love for all sorts of sports and the great outdoors. She’s an avid soccer player among many other things…but what most people don’t know about Jamie is that she has battled a life-threatening medical condition.

During Jamie’s toughest times, in and out of the hospital for treatments, she proved to those around her what she was truly made of - strength and courage. Jamie’s determination and her “chin-up” attitude gave her and her entire family the strength to work through her condition each and every day.

When Jamie was given the chance to make her wish come true, she decided on a trip to the beautiful Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. For Jamie, this was not just a trip to a tropical paradise - it was a carefree, adventurous and relaxing to enjoy a week with her family and start an entirely new chapter in their lives…and what better way to start it than with 80 degrees and sunshine in the middle of January???

Jamie’s dream vacation included countless water slides and pools, wonderful dinners with her parents and two sisters, a glass tunnel through shark-infested waters, and above all else…an opportunity to swim with a dolphin!

Jamie’s trip gave her and her entire family a week of happy memories that will last a lifetime. For Jamie, this was truly a wish come true!
