Pete Monaco will take part in the fourth annual Hundred Hole Hike on July 30th to benefit Make-A-Wish® Connecticut, whose mission is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. The Hundred Hole Hike (HHH) is a national-network of golf marathons where participants plan to walk 100 or more holes of golf in one day in order to raise money for various worthwhile charitable causes.
This hike includes events at some of the top golf courses in the country, including many courses listed in the Top 100 by the various golf publications. Last year’s HHH included 13 hours of non-stop golf (5:40-6:45), 32.3 miles walked, 13 bottles of water and 542 strokes later, the event raised $7,000 for Make-A-Wish Connecticut.
This year Pete will tee off at the Greenwich Country Club in Greenwich Connecticut at sunrise and will play 100 back-to-back holes of golf in an effort to raise money and awareness for the national non-profit organization.
Pete is asking friends, family, and the local community to support his effort for Make-A-Wish by contributing to his event, which can be done online. To support Pete in the Hundred Hole Hike, visit his online donation page here.
